Rotten Apple Arts’ Share the Art Giveaway – Official Rules

Eligibility: Open to individuals 18+, US Only. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

Contest Period: The giveaway begins on April 4th, 2025, and ends on April 29th, 2025, at 11:59 PM EDT.

How to Enter:

• Follow the official @Rottenappleartsshop account on Instagram.
• Share the official contest announcement post to your personal feed or story during the Contest Period.
• Tag friends in the comment section of the official contest post. Each tagged friend must be a unique, valid account.

Entry Tiers:

• Tagging one (1) friend qualifies the entrant for the Keychain prize drawing.
• Tagging two (2) unique friends qualifies the entrant for the Poster prize drawing and the Keychain drawing.
• Tagging four (4) or more unique friends qualifies the entrant for the T-Shirt prize drawing, and the Poster drawing, and the Keychain drawing. Entrants are entered into the drawing for the highest tier they qualify for, plus all tiers below it.

Prizes:

• One (1) Winner will receive one (1) Rotten Apple Arts T-Shirt (Approximate Retail Value: $33.71 – $40.31, based on size. Selected from entrants tagging 4+ friends.
• One (1) Winner will receive one (1) Rotten Apple Arts Poster (ARV: $10.98-39.73). Selected from entrants tagging 2+ friends.
• One (1) Winner will receive one (1) Rotten Apple Arts Keychain (ARV: $12.30). Selected from entrants tagging 1+ friends.
• Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash substitution is permitted.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about April 30th, 2025, from all eligible entries received for each prize tier. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each tier.

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram and announced publicly via a post on the @Rottenapplearts profile within approximately 48 hours of the drawing. Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim their prize and provide shipping information. Failure to respond within the timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Rottenapplearts.com, which are final and binding.
