Refund Policy (The "Rotten" Truth)

At Rotten Apple Arts, we’re all about keeping it real. We want you to be stoked with your purchase, but let’s be clear about a few things:

Design Flaws – We Got You Covered (Mostly)

If your awesome new gear arrives with a design flaw (think printing errors, loose stitches, or anything that screams “oops”), we’ll totally make it right. Hit us up with a photo of the issue, and we’ll either replace the item or issue a refund, no sweat.

Size and Color Choices – You’re On Your Own

We’re not in the business of mind-reading (yet). Make sure you double-check the size chart before you hit that “Buy Now” button. We won’t replace or refund items due to incorrect size or color selection. So, measure twice, order once, and avoid the fashion faux pas.

Other Stuff – Let’s Be Reasonable

If you’ve got a different issue with your order, drop us a line, and we’ll see what we can do. We’re pretty reasonable, but we also reserve the right to make the final call on refunds. No hard feelings, right?

How to Request a Refund (If You Must)

If you think you qualify for a refund (based on the super clear guidelines above), email us at support@rottenapplearts.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a description of the issue (with photos if it’s a design flaw). We’ll get back to you within 2 business days.
